Job Description

Our dynamic, client-focused CA firm seeks a reliable, well-organized Office Manager. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and project management. The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating firm operations that support our professional staff and client base.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a positive office atmosphere through leadership and communication.
  • Handle administration tasks, including record-keeping, document management, office equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure smooth IT operations as liaison between IT systems provider and internal team.
  • Resolve issues and collaborate with partners, staff, clients, and prospects.
  • Oversee Human Resources functions including benefits, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate on Marketing & Social Media Management with marketing resources.

Requirements

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in accounting and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in computer skills and quick to adapt to new technology.
  • Associate degree required (MBA, LLB, or ACS preferred).
